I am home from Chicago and am confident in my proclamation that anyone how lives above Georgia is just a glutton for punishment. There is no reason to live where it gets colder than 40 degrees for longer than one month. That should be the threshold for human comfort.
People that want to see snow should visit it and them come home to their warm primary residences.
Brit #4 came out this week so everything will be alright now.
